Can I just say things getting better and better every week.
During my first trimester I have to still see Dr. A with weekly ultrasounds and blood work.
The 2nd ultrasound was great! We got to compare our picture from the last week.
The 3rd was surreal! It was the 7th week and we were able to see the heartbeat. The little black dot turned into a real baby to me. I could see the heartbeat. It was just amazing. I just wanted to cry and cry but didn't. I felt it inside me. beaming. I was the luckiest girl in the world world.
This amazing man that I married almost 3 years ago is so excited to be a dad and I could not be more excited to start our family!!!

You are very blessed to be able to have a weekly ultrasound! I know it was necessary, but enjoy them! Some women only get 3 ultrasounds in their entire pregnancy. I LOVE having an ultrasound- you can see miracles everywhere and it just puts you in awe in Heavenly Father's creation.
I love your story about your baby sucking his/her thumbs! I only get to see my baby suck his/her thumb for about 5 seconds in the 3D ultrasound.
When you get further along (around wk 20-30), consider spending and getting a 3D ultrasound. You will see miracles EVERYWHERE!!! And be in awe. :) Here in CO it's about $100-$150- not bad. I'm not sure about CA. I think it's worth it. :)
